Choice Boxed Beef Up $3.03 to $354.28 on Wednesday
Boxed beef prices were mixed on Wednesday. The Choice cutout rose $3.03 to $354.28, while Select declined $1.80 to $349.28, widening the Choice–Select spread to $5.00.
