Choice Boxed Beef Sets New High for 2025 on Monday- $408.49- up 58 Cents
Boxed beef continued higher on Monday, with Choice at $408.49, up $0.58 from Friday, and Select at $385.38, up $1.72. The Choice/Select spread narrowed slightly to $23.11.
