Choice Boxed Beef Drops $1.35- Closing at $405.85 on Wednesday
Boxed beef values were mixed on Wednesday afternoon. Choice cutout slipped $1.35 to $405.85/cwt while Select gained $3.40 to $383.16/cwt, narrowing the Choice–Select spread to $22.69. OKC West Sees Big Calf Run and Sharply Higher Price Trends on August 19th
