
The Tulsa State Fair night of champions did not disappoint as sponsors and exhibitors alike gathered to see who would be crowned Grand Champion Live at the Event. This event showcased over 150 of the top placing market animals from the Fair.

Tulsa spares no expense on the Night of Champions, which often includes pyrotechnics and a red carpet for the Grand Champion exhibitors to approach the stage on. Tonight was no different, as exhibitors walked the red carpet, with pyrotechnics showcased behind the backdrop.

The Tulsa State Fair Board enjoyed a very successful year in their fundraising efforts so more than $500,000 will be awarded to the youth who show the top animals in the market show of the 2024 Tulsa Fair.
The Grand Champion contest started off with the Market Barrow, Grand Champion Market Barrow went to Claire Voss of the Chisolm FFA with her Dark Cross earning her a $15,000 Check.
Reserve Grand Champion Market Barrow stayed within the same breed with the Dark Cross Reserve going to Neely Pritchard of the Weatherford FFA Chapter. Pritchard won a $10,000 prize.

Next up was the Grand Champion market Meat Goat, the Winner was familiar going to Sayde Allen of the Canute FFA with her Champion from Division 6 adding a $7500 check to her winning pile.


The Reserve Grand Champion Market Meat Goat from Division 5, Baylor Pearson, El-Reno FFA picking up a $5000 scholarship.

Grand Champion Market Lamb also stayed within the Allen Family, going once again to Sayde Allen of Canute with her Black Face Cross Lamb. Allen picked up her second check of the night for $10,000


Reserve Grand Champion was also a Black Face Cross going to Javen Sparks of the Hartsthorne FFA Chapter. Javen scored a $7500 prize.

The Grand Champion Market Steer Drive was the last on the agenda for the night of Champions. Judge Glen Martin of Mason, Texas gave a heartfelt speech about his love of the livestock and exhibitors, “Losing is a mindset, and if you want to be a loser your while life, get that in your head that you are. I never won a buckle, but I’ve raised my kids to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and there’s no better place to raise your kids than in that barn.”
Winning Grand Champion Market Steer went to a tearful Hadlie Bell of the Bristow FFA Chapter with her Crossbred Steer earning her a $30,000 check.


Reserve Grand Went to Kelton Arthur, of the Ripley FFA Chapter with his Crossbred picking up a check for $20,000


Also winning in the Broiler Category was Grand Champion Afton Fuse, of Tipton 4-H, and Cassie Rae had Reserve Broiler from the Hinton FFA.
