Boxed beef prices declined for the fourth consecutive day on Monday, November 17, 2025. The Choice cutout was down $0.32 to $370.41, while Select rose by $2.06 to $356.30, narrowing the spread to $14.11 from $16.49 on Friday. Load volume was lighter at 75, compared to 128 the previous session.
Among the primals, most cuts were lower compared to Friday. The Rib declined slightly to $633.97 (from $634.84), Chuck eased to $294.77 (from $295.87), and Loin softened to $478.88 (from $480.10). Round edged higher to $307.74 (from $306.17), and Brisket was nearly unchanged at $326.16 (vs. $326.32). The Plate moved up to $249.25 (from $247.93), while the Flank slipped to $193.68 (from $195.74).
