Choice Boxed Beef Up $1.48 on Monday to $357.11
Boxed beef values moved higher on Monday. Choice increased by $1.48 to $357.11, while Select jumped $5.88 to $358.05, inverting the Choice/Select spread to -0.94 from Friday’s +3.46. Total loads were 103, down from 118 on Friday. In the primals, rib fell to $469.05 (–2.17), chuck rose to $339.28 (+1.08), and round eased to $318.53 …

Cash Grain Bids From Oklahoma Elevators for Friday January 9th
According to the USDA’s Oklahoma Daily Grain Bids for Friday, January 9, 2026, Oklahoma elevators reported a 1/4 cent decline in most corn and sorghum bids, soybeans up 1 1/4 cents per bushel while hard red winter wheat bids were mostly steady compared to Thursday.
