It was a mixed bag on Monday, December 29th as Choice Boxed Beef Continued it’s downward trajectory- off $1.88 to $349.33. Select Beef was higher in the afternoon report- up $1.82 to $345.62 as the choice/select spread narrowed to just $3.71 on 113 loads.
